Course Description

The time has come for teachers across the state to implement the new K-12 science standards! Participants in this session will gain a deeper understanding of the 8 science and engineering practices that serve as the foundation for the new standards. Working collaboratively with colleagues, we will delve into the core concepts and skills behind asking questions, planning investigations, analyzing data, developing models, and more! Participants will return to their learning spaces with high-yield strategies and a new professional learning community of science educators. (Cullowhee)
